Καλησπέρα Ηλία. Τι κάνεις; Που τις τράβηξες αυτές;

Hello,
My name is Crista Coven (Gouvestsis) I traveled to Koufopolu this past summer to find my long lost relatives. I met the Tzavellas family who I am related to. I have been trying to get ahold of them ever since my return to the united states. Please pass my information along to them. I also met Fotios Adamopoulos.

Ηi Crista,
Welcome to the site.
Elias Kanakis created this beautiful place. He wrote your story.
It was wonderful that you came to the village to find your relatives.
We knew your grandmother.
“Aunt” Neratzo was a sweet woman. She was loved by all.
We also know all your relatives.
Tell us,please, more about you and your family.
Nick Adamopoulos

Welcome Crista,
wow, the world is so small...internet days!
I were informed about your story from your uncle, Panagiotis Tzavellas, and I wrote it in greek here: http://koufopoulo.blogspot.com/2010/12/blog-post_31.html
Did you enjoy you trip?

Βαγγέλη καλησπέρα, περνάς καλά;

Wow, I almost did not expect a reply. I very much enjoyed my trip. I had such an amazing time and could hardly believe that I found my family. I am so impressed that you found my blog and wrote about it. Do you live in Andritsena?
I sent a letter recently to Barbara in Athens, I do not know if she received it.
Could I possibly get your email address? I would like to speak with you more about my family and the village.
I am sorry I do not know greek, I have been translating your blog with google translator. Do you know english?
Thank You!
Crista

I can speak and write some english, reading is much easier for me :-) I live in Athens but I visit Koufopoulo very often.
I will call Barbara and I will ask her about you letter, did you gave any email address?

Just now I realize that my email is not public, I will fix it. koufopoulo1@yahoo.com. Please fell free to contact whatever you need. Our village is small, we know each other very well so I can provide information about you relatives.
